Led by Vivek, who holds an M.Tech in Biotechnology from one of India’s leading universities, the company combines scientific expertise with innovative manufacturing practices.
Supported by a dedicated administrative and technical team, Janar Bio continuously upgrades its production facilities with advanced electronic systems and sensors to meet evolving market demands. How Are Janar Bio's Eco-Friendly Plates Made?
Raw Material Collection
Naturally fallen areca and palm leaves are collected without cutting trees.
Cleaning & Soaking
The leaves are washed with clean water to remove dust and dirt.
Heat Pressing
The leaves are shaped into plates using high-temperature pressing without chemicals or glue.
Packing & Dispatch
The plates are packed securely and delivered, ready for use.
